This is one of my favorite places. Sit at the bar and grab sushi off of the train, but be vigilant for non-vegan sushi. Fill out a paper menu and hand it to a chef. Laugh as people flirt via note by train. Tables are also available. Comfortable atmosphere, it is quirky, not fancy.
I recommend getting Oregon wasabi instead of the regular “wasabi” for a dollar - it is delicious. This is one of few places in town that has it.
Saturday is fish special day - not a good time to get vegan options as most of the vegan plates cost a quarter more and it gets crowded.

Eliza Roll is of the HOOK! It didn't sound good but I was feeling adventurous and it might be the best sushi I've ever had. BTW you also need to specify you want your miso vegan… Yeah, one of the only places in town that you can get vegan miso while out. I <3 them!
